Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The house features seven beautifully appointed bedrooms. Five rooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the remaining two share a convenient Jack and Jill ensuite. A downstairs WC is also available.
Living Spaces: Relax in the cosy lounge, equipped with a large smart TV, electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating.
Dining & Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes two ovens, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an American-style fridge-freezer. The spacious dining area comfortably seats 14 guests.
Entertainment: Enjoy the Game Zone with a full-size pool table, table football, Xbox, and PlayStation. A selection of board games and books are also available for your leisure.
Outdoor Space: A private patio with garden furniture provides a perfect spot to relax and take in the sea views. A charcoal BBQ is available (charcoal not provided).

Booking & Payment
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due six weeks before arrival.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
House Rules
- Dogs: Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee (£35 per dog). Dogs must remain downstairs and off furniture.
- Noise Policy: Please be considerate of neighbours; loud parties are not permitted.
- Stag Parties: The property is not suitable for stag parties.
